All prints and custom pieces are made with care and packed securely. Because each piece is produced in small batches, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a problem with your delivery, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package so I can help you. You can reach me at adaliverod@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, I will gladly replace it or offer a solution. Please email me within 7 days with clear photos.

Lost packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me. I will assist in tracking the shipment and finding the best solution depending on the circumstance.

• Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

• Custom pieces require additional time and will be shipped once completed.

• All orders are shipped from Oslo, Norway.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated timeframes:

  • Norway: 2–7 business days

  • Europe: 1–3 weeks

  • Worldwide: 1–5 weeks

• Please note: international shipping may experience delays due to customs.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that may apply once the order reaches their country.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos so I can help you with a replacement.

Lost Packages

If your package seems lost, reach out to me. I will do my best to assist, but I cannot control postal delays once an item has been shipped.
