Customized portrait plates

Hand painted, customized porcelain plate. Sizing: Since the porcelain plates will be curated the size might slightly differ, but they will be a standard dinnerplate which is typically between 25 and 28 cm in diameter.

All prints and custom pieces are made with care and packed securely. Because each piece is produced in small batches, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a problem with your delivery, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package so I can help you. You can reach me at adaliverod@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, I will gladly replace it or offer a solution. Please email me within 7 days with clear photos.

Lost packages

• Custom pieces require additional time and will be shipped once completed.

• All orders are shipped from Oslo, Norway.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination. Estimated timeframes:

  • Norway: 2–7 business days

  • Europe: 1–3 weeks

  • Worldwide: 1–5 weeks

• Please note: international shipping may experience delays due to customs.

Damaged Packages

Lost Packages
