All prints and custom pieces are made with care and packed securely. Because each piece is produced in small batches, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is a problem with your delivery, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package so I can help you.

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, I will gladly replace it or offer a solution. Please email me within 7 days with clear photos.

Lost packages
